Malebiler

Våre veimerkingsbiler betjenes av en eller to personer som arbeider i førerhusets trygge og komfortable omgivelser, hvorfra all linjemerking styres av linjedelingsautomatikk med fjernkontroller som joystick og fotpedal. Veimerkingsmaterialet påføres av malingspistoler montert på hydraulisk drevne pistolvogner, like foran bakhjulene. Linjemerkingen overvåkes fra innsiden av førerhuset med speil og monitor, mens sjåføren holder rett linje ved hjelp av en siktestang eller lasersikte foran lastebilen. Linjene som lages lagres i LineController spesifisert med linjetype, bredde og utlagt lengde.

AIRPORT TRUCKS

We have developed a paint truck especially for the purpose of marking of runways and taxways on airports. It is operated by one person working in the truck-cabin safe and comfortable environment. The paint system has two separate paint gun wagons and is based on an airless system for environment friendly waterborne paints. The first gun wagon is placed on the left side between the front and rear axle and is mainly for painting curves on tax-ways etc. The second is placed on the left side behind the rear axle of the truck. It is connected to the main container, and is to be used mainly for the runways with 90 cm wide lines.
  • Main paint container: 1000 liter fluidbag (normally yellow)
  • Alternative color 1: 200 liter (for black/blue/red or white)
  • Alternative color 2: 200 liter (for black/blue/red or white)
  • Glass-bead container - 1x 650 liter
  • Paint pumps - 3x 25 liter /min. Max pressure 138 bar
  • Compressor - 1,84 m3/min (65 CFM)
